"Felicia," Aaron says, scrambling to compose himself. "I can... I can explain what you're..."
"Get away from Blake," Felicia says, pointing an accusatory finger at Aaron. "Get away from him now."
Aaron leaves a gasping, near unconscious Blake Thomas on the ground and approaches Felicia. He tries to reach for her hand, but she shrinks away from him. "Felicia... you don't understand."
"Understand? What do I need to understand?" Felicia demands. "That you... you molested my son? You raped Blake? Robert was right about you all along, wasn't he? You're every bit the monster he's been trying to tell me you are!"
Aaron continues to advance on Felicia. "I am not a monster."
"Stay away from me! I'll scream!"
"Snake eyes," Aaron whispers harshly, grabbing Felicia by her arms. The sudden utterance of those two words causes the trigger in Felicia's mind to snap on.
She stands silently... unable to move, swaying back and forth as she is trapped in Aaron's mental thrall. He rips the cross from his neck and swings it back and forth before her eyes, using it to keep her under hypnosis.
"Scream all you want," Aaron whispers menacingly. "No one will be able to hear you."
"We have to get back inside," Akilah says. "I need to find Vince or Darren, they can help me stop Blake!"
"Why would you want to stop him?" Alec demands. "Aaron deserves to die for what he did."
"Stop talking like that. You don't sound like the Alec I remember."
Alec freezes for a moment, then shakes his head quickly. "I'm just upset. He hurt me, Akilah. Damaged me forever. And he deserves to pay." He takes her hand. "Don't you want to help me?"
"And stop trying to make me think you're interested in me," Akilah snaps, pulling her hand away. "You forgot all about me when you went and got Jessica knocked up with... oh my God. Jessica! Does she know? Where is Phillip?"
"He's safe," Alec says. "And if you don't let me leave here without telling anyone, I'll never be able to get back to him."
"Alec! Tell me what's going on!"
"I can't," Alec insists. "I have to... I need to go."
As Alec runs off, he stops short on the side of the restaurant. He can't leave just yet. He... Billy... needs to make sure that he can steal Aaron's bank cards so he'll have enough money to skip town. And for that to happen, he needs to wait until Blake finishes him off.
"Looks like Blake is going to do my job for me," Billy says aloud, grinning.
MATA HARI'S
"I'm going to make sure that you don't remember any of this," Aaron says, watching as Felicia's body lightly sways back and forth. "I'll need to do the same thing to Blake... but since he's unconscious, I'll take care of you first..."
Aaron paces back and forth, preparing for how he needs to dig into Felicia's mind and wipe her memories of the past few moments. It would be much easier if they were in a calm, serene setting rather that now, rushed and in the moment. But this will have to do.
"The night's past events... erase them from your mind," Aaron whispers.
He continues to speak harshly to Felicia, not noticing the strain on her face. A tiny trail of blood begins to trickle from her nose, and her eyes roll back in her head. When she begins to convulse, that's when Aaron finally takes notice.
"Felicia!" Aaron gasps.
This isn't supposed to happen.
She has never had a reaction like this while under hypnosis. Not knowing what to do, Aaron frantically snaps his fingers in an attempt to bring her back. As she falls into his arms, he stands petrified and calls out her name.
"What the hell is going on?"
Aaron looks up at the doorway where Robert Bale and Darren Reynolds have now appeared. They stare at Aaron in shock, trying to figure out what's just happened between him and Felicia.
"Get away from her, you son of a bitch!" Robert shouts, lunging forward and punching Aaron in the face.
Aaron stumbles back from the blow and falls to the ground, landing next to Felicia's unconscious body. Robert drops to his knees to tend to Felicia as Darren hurries behind him.
"Is she okay?" Darren asks.
"She's not breathing," Robert says. "I don't know what the hell you did to her Aaron, but... Aaron?"
He looks over to where Aaron fell after his blow to the face, but realizes that he's no longer there. Darren looks around as well, surprised that Aaron has vanished so quickly.
"Where the hell did he go?" Robert demands aloud. "And what did he do to her?!"
